According to the latest issue of Bloomberg’s reliable source Mark Gurman’s “Power On” newsletter, tech giant Apple is nearing mass production for several critical products expected to be released between the end of the year and the first quarter of next year. This development raises the possibility that some products could be seen earlier than the first quarter of 2026, as initially anticipated, but an immediate launch in October or November shouldn’t be expected.
Apple M5 Chip Macs and New Monitors Begin Mass Production
According to Gurman, the products nearing mass production and exciting tech enthusiasts are:
M5 MacBook Pro: (Codenames J714 and J716) 14-inch and 16-inch models powered by the next-generation Apple Silicon chip.
M5 MacBook Air: (Codenames J813 and J815) New MacBook Air models powered by the M5 chip.
Studio Display Refresh: At least one significant update to the existing monitor. Two New Mac Monitors: (Codenames J427 and J527) Two new external Mac monitors with 27-inch screen sizes.
These products are scheduled to be released between the end of the year and the first quarter of 2026.
There are additional devices and updates that Apple is expected to release soon, as hinted by Gurman:
Expected by the End of the Year (Near Launch)
- M5 Vision Pro
- M5 iPad Pro
- Apple TV refresh
- HomePod mini refresh
Expected in the First Half of Next Year (Spring)
- A new iPhone 17e model.
- A new, affordable iPad.
- Possibly a new iPad Air model with an M4 chip.
The launch of the new iPad Pro and Vision Pro models is expected to occur quite soon after the other products on this list.
These leaks suggest that Apple will enter 2026 with a very busy product launch schedule. It’s a matter of curiosity when the next big Apple event will be and what products will be revealed.
